Description The Director, Operations is a hands on role accountable for development, recommendation and implementation of key operating processes, operating metrics and customer contract fulfillment. The position oversees all enrollments, invoicing and account management, and ensures operations are in accordance with the General Land Office (GLO) agreements. The leadership position is self-motivated and accountable for ensuring customer inquiry coverage, reporting and account management. The position interfaces with the GLO and their customers, Company management, and vendors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and contract implementation. The position focuses on implementing operational efficiencies, processes that support and deliver high customer satisfaction, and sales support.
- Overall coordination with Cavallo Energy Texas’ retail services provider, regarding enrollment, invoicing and account management procedures, operational issues, and enhancements.
- Ensures appropriate interfaces with GLO clientele regarding invoicing set-up, account enrollment and fulfillment.
- Develops and implements account management enhancements.
- Implements special projects using judgment and discretion with strategy set by at the direction of the Company management.
- Interface with Cavallo Energy Texas account managers (sales team) regarding customer relationship management (CRM), costing, account management, fulfilment and invoicing related items.
- Independently works with GLO clientele and Cavallo clientele to fulfill contractual obligations and develop and improve account management efforts. These sessions occur over the telephone, via email and/or in face-to-face client meetings.

Requirements - 10 years of C&I retail electricity account management required
- Knowledge of TDSP Tariffs, PUCT Rules
- Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary operations center
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

 Relationship development at appropriate levels within the customer organization
 Accountability to solve customer issues and ability to work across organizational lines to accurately and timely address open operational items.

 Combination of four year degree and 6 years related experience or at least 10 years of C&I retail electricity account management required
