Description Responsible for leading the accurate and efficient resolution of customer enrollment issues and coordination around new market entry.

- Prepare and analyze metrics for the Operations/Enrollments meetings
- Develop and analyze reports related to customer enrollments
- Automate manual processes related to customer enrollments
- Handle special projects as requested by manager
- Lead all daily activities performed by Enrollment team members including processing enrollments, working exceptions, coordinating Marketraks, and tracking forced move outs
- Lead new market project development from initiation to closure; accountable for project results
- Coordinate EDI and billing vendor support for new market entry projects
- Develop any new customer operations processes for new market support

Requirements - Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2 – 3 years of experience in related area required
- Experience in MS Office Suites required, MS Excel skills preferred
- Experience in Energy specific industry required
- Knowledge of REP, ERCOT and/or TDSP standards preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to come up with creative solutions to resolving issues; excellent analytical and customer service skills required
