Description Job Summary: (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned):

Responsible for gathering design, coordination, testing and support of customer intelligence reporting and the analytic needs. May work as a liaison between IT and Business to ensure proper testing is done to meet requirements. May assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of a particular policy. Identify and implement best practices to communicate and publish. May Coordinate and lead business requirements gathering meetings with management and business users of the company. Possibly ensure that relevant documents of system set up and working practices is established and maintained reflecting any changes as a result of development. Will Providing support and training associated with the operation of the systems, including induction and refresher training and arranging externally provided training if required.

• Uses comprehensive knowledge of a seasoned professional, serves as working supervisor for team or work group; day-to-day technical leadership while performing escalated or complex duties.
• Uses advanced technical skills, provides oversight of employees performing single function, location, product or technical area.
• Should have a minimum 7-10 years of experience in supporting and managing nMarket application.
• Should have an Experience with Oracle 12c and Excel VBA programming.
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development is required
• Experience with Energy Industry is required
• Decisions typically related to schedule, plans and tactics.
• Results impact daily operations and progress on small to medium sized projects.
• Makes technical decisions and performs escalated or more highly complex work of a similar nature to that for which they oversee.
• Works on problems of diverse scope ranging from moderate to complex. May make recommendations on new processes, tools and services; leads team in day-to-day implementation activities of new products, services and techniques.
• Uses independent judgment requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors. Collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
• Works within specific guidelines and procedures and is frequently required to interpret application of policies/procedures/technical methods for staff; often required to apply ingenuity and originality.
• Provides day-to-day technical oversight to staff; may become actively involved to meet schedules and resolve problems.
• Provides input into human resources decisions such as hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions.
Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Previous work leadership experience.
• Requires minimum of 7-10 years in area of specialization
